  • All items are handmade to order. Please allow up to 14 days for processing and shipping during busy times. We will update you once your art is ready to be delivered

  • Return and Exchange Policy

    Because each item from Black Core Studios is a unique, handcrafted piece of art, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind. We encourage you to review all product descriptions and dimensions carefully before making a purchase.

    However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we take great care in packaging our art for shipment. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an item that is defective (e.g., a structural flaw or an error in creation not described in the product listing), please follow the steps below.

    Eligibility for Return

    A return or exchange will only be accepted if the item you received is defective or damaged during shipping.

    We are unable to accept returns for:

    • Damage caused by the customer after delivery.

    • Minor variations in colour, texture, or size, which are inherent and expected in handmade art and contribute to its unique character.

    • Items returned without prior authorisation.

    How to Report Damage or a Defect

    If your item is damaged or defective, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order (based on the delivery date provided by the shipping carrier).

    To initiate a claim, please email us at blackcorestudio@gmail.com with:

    1. Your Order Number.

    2. A detailed description of the damage or defect.

    3. Clear photographs that show the issue (e.g., the damage to the item, and if applicable, the condition of the shipping box and packaging).

    Return Process

    1. Authorisation: Once we review your photos and confirm the damage or defect, we will send you an email authorising the return and provide instructions, including a pre-paid shipping label if a return is required.

    2. Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging or a similar secure protective packaging to prevent further damage.

    3. Refund/Replacement: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

  • We can offer bespoke prints to order and we take commissions too. We can make any print to any size and this will be sold to you as a one-off edition. These are unique to you and the cost reflects this. Please email your requirements and we will send you a no obligation quote. Commissions are taken at our discretion and the price agreed before any work is carried out. Please email us to discuss your requirements.

  • Every Black Core Studio print comes with its own Certificate of Authenticity and is hand signed and numbered by the artist.

  • Black Core Studios have a small amount of work on display in our High Street studio window in Mayfield, East Sussex. Please email or call before visiting to ensure someone is around to meet you! We also have work on display in various galleries, tattoo parlours and bars around Brighton, London and Tunbridge Wells.
